I received my order very quickly. Everything was packed well. No smells. But there was an imperfection on the item which I emailed about right away with photos attached, but CETTIRE can't guarantee that they will issue a full refund (including tax and duties which were 200 cad). They offered 5% refund in case if I wish to keep the bag. This doesn't feel right, and it is on the quality check control who didn't notice an obvious damage
