Terrible. I return item which was too big, re-ordered in a smaller size. The item was sent back exactly the same as receiving...label in tact and not worn only tried on briefly, they claim it had been worn and label missing and proceeded to provide an image showing no signs and label in tact? I have escalated the return as this is not acceptable and returned exactly as I had received. I could not have worn the item other than try to on as it was far too big hence ordering a smaller size, WARNING to customers do not order from this company as they may not refund you!!! SCAM
