Recently, I shared my referral link for a campaign promising a 30% commission on transactions. Concurrently, there was a Christmas promotion offering $50 for both referrer and referred users on transactions over $100. Although I was initially confused by the referral link's functionality, support assured me I would still receive my reward. After a few hours, the reward showed up, but I was unable to claim it. I reached out to support multiple times, who claimed it was an internal issue and that I would receive my reward soon. After two days, both my and my friend's rewards simply vanished. When I contacted support again, they informed me that I would not receive it at all. I insisted that as long as my referral link was functioning properly, I was fine with it. They confirmed this, and I awaited my expected earnings from my friend's transactions. However, no record of this transaction appeared. Further inquiries revealed my friend had registered under a different promotion, leading to no rewards for either of us. I'm now left waiting for a response regarding this clear lack of professionalism.
