Recently, I shared a referral link with a friend for a campaign offering a 30% commission on transactions. At the same time, there was a holiday promotion where transactions over $100 by referred users would earn $50 for both the referrer and the referred. I found it odd that the referral link's function seemed to change, but after reaching out to the support team, I was assured I would receive the reward regardless. Initially, the reward appeared in my account, but I was unable to claim it. When I contacted support again, they informed me for two days that it was an internal issue and that my reward would be forthcoming. After two days, the reward vanished (both mine and my friend's, each worth $50). I reached out once more, only to be told I would not receive it. After persistent inquiries, I was assured that my referral link related to the 30% commission promotion was still active and tracking my friend's transactions. I accepted this and awaited January 15, 2026, expecting to receive around $30 (since my friend transacted $102 in cryptocurrencies). However, neither the app nor the website reflects this transaction. Upon contacting support again, I was informed that my referred friend had signed up under a different promotion, which resulted in neither of us receiving anything. Now, I am waiting for a response from a company that has left me hanging for nearly a month regarding this glaring lack of professionalism.
