To this day, I have still not received the product. Before asking me to rate the quality of an item I have never received, please first check your records and verify whether the order was ever actually delivered to me.As for the service: it does not deserve even one star. It has been extremely poor — three months with no delivery and no proper communication.Regarding the quality of the Ceylon cinnamon: I have no idea, because I still do not have the product in my hands.Please resolve the delivery issue before sending any further surveys.
