This was our third visit, and we were very let down. I called six days prior to request an apartment near the lifts, as there are several buildings on a hill, and it's tough for us in our 70s to carry skis and groceries. In previous visits, our requests were granted, but this time I was told all allocations were made, though they would try their best. Upon arrival, we queued for nearly 90 minutes to check in with only three staff members. There were some refreshments, but tea and coffee were missing. When it was finally our turn, we were given an apartment at the top of the hill despite informing them we had no car. This lack of consideration made our holiday extremely challenging. The apartments are good, but the location and reception hours made it tough. I'm unsure if we will return after this visit; it seems simple to allocate higher apartments to those with cars. A better check-in system would help weary travelers. Very disappointed this time.
