In 2024, we had a fantastic experience previously, making this year's stay at the residence particularly disheartening. There was no reception, no access to the lounge or relaxation area, and multiple essential facilities were not functioning (heating, lighting, ski room, Wi-Fi). The apartment was cold upon arrival, and some issues continued throughout the week. While the on-site staff were friendly and accessible and did attempt to assist, their efforts fell short of addressing the structural problems. Most frustrating was the lack of a meaningful response to our complaint emails; we only received automated marketing messages after our visit. This is unacceptable considering the price and the promises made. It's truly disappointing, as the service was previously much better.

There were both positives and negatives. I recently stayed at the residence, and the spa was well-equipped (though the pool was cold one day), and the room was spacious for four. However, the cleanliness of the room wasn't great, and the decor felt a bit worn. The most frustrating part was being asked to do an inventory; I've never encountered this before. It's hard to believe that someone paying a premium would want to account for items that should be discarded. Quite unbelievable!
This was our third visit, and we were very let down. I called six days prior to request an apartment near the lifts, as there are several buildings on a hill, and it's tough for us in our 70s to carry skis and groceries. In previous visits, our requests were granted, but this time I was told all allocations were made, though they would try their best. Upon arrival, we queued for nearly 90 minutes to check in with only three staff members. There were some refreshments, but tea and coffee were missing. When it was finally our turn, we were given an apartment at the top of the hill despite informing them we had no car. This lack of consideration made our holiday extremely challenging. The apartments are good, but the location and reception hours made it tough. I'm unsure if we will return after this visit; it seems simple to allocate higher apartments to those with cars. A better check-in system would help weary travelers. Very disappointed this time.
We have visited this area for the last decade, and this was the worst place we've stayed. The reception was only open at limited hours, and we were required to clean the kitchen or face charges. We had to complete an inventory or be charged, and we were instructed to remove our rubbish or incur fees. Storing ski gear was inconvenient as lockers were three floors away. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the TV remote had no batteries. The pool was freezing and unsuitable for children. The kitchen lacked an oven, and there was no counter space for food prep. The gym equipment was outdated. We will return to the area, but definitely not to this place.
Avoid this place at all costs! Our room reeked of smoke, and no other rooms were available. The company refused to engage with us directly since we booked through a third party. We received a partial refund, but despite following up via email, we have had no response; they are simply ignoring us! The property was outdated and uncomfortable, and it wasn't cheap. I would never use this company again.
We stayed the last week of March 2022 and wanted to like this place, but there were many issues. The common areas were nice, but our room was not very clean and had several broken or missing items—lights didn't work, and the balcony was covered in bird droppings. The biggest problem was a mouse in our room that kept us awake every night. After informing the reception, they sent someone with traps but did not offer to relocate us. After four sleepless nights, we left early. The staff were nice, but the quality of the room was very low.
I've been waiting 18 months for a credit note to expire, after which I was told I would receive a refund. Now, six weeks later, there is still no refund. I've provided everything requested to process my reimbursement. My last two follow-up emails have been ignored. Please return my money!
The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious, the ski locker is clean and ample, and the parking garage is fantastic and very close. The fitness room has a variety of machines, and the reception staff are friendly and welcoming. However, the swimming pool is overcrowded with children, making relaxation difficult. The sauna is always busy, and the jacuzzi and hamam are filled with young people despite the age restriction. It’s not conducive to relaxation.
