In 2024, we had a fantastic experience previously, making this year's stay at the residence particularly disheartening. There was no reception, no access to the lounge or relaxation area, and multiple essential facilities were not functioning (heating, lighting, ski room, Wi-Fi). The apartment was cold upon arrival, and some issues continued throughout the week. While the on-site staff were friendly and accessible and did attempt to assist, their efforts fell short of addressing the structural problems. Most frustrating was the lack of a meaningful response to our complaint emails; we only received automated marketing messages after our visit. This is unacceptable considering the price and the promises made. It's truly disappointing, as the service was previously much better.
