We had a great time however thought certain things could have been improved. Such as a bit more explanation about the routing of the navettes/shuttles, we lost a lot of time on the first day due to this. And little things were not explained to us in details upon arrival as we arrived a bit late. Staff were very helpful but not anticipating our needs. Did not explain how the laundry services worked for example. Were very surprised that the laundry was accessible to non residence guests which I think should not be the case. Also we were surprised when ordering a raclette that potatoes were not included. Small things that should be highlighted, explained, anticipated so that stay can be smoother and more enjoyable. But we did very much enjoy our stay overall. Final point explanation to go back to carpark on our last day was hectic as it was mentioned -3 on our envelope but this was impossible to find...a labyrinth! We will definitely consider staying again with CGH although this was our first stay as we thought it was a perfect arrangement for a week of skying.
