We have stayed in CGH Chalets de Jouvence

We have stayed in CGH Chalets de Jouvence for 7 years now. It always used to be very good (4 or 5 stars): everything was still new, excellent facilities, well organized, etc. But this year it was not as good as it used to be. I don't know if this was because after 7 years things are not new anymore, or due to any other reason? We handed over quite a list of comments at the end of our holiday. I don't remember all of the issues, but some of them were: - Apartment was not as clean as it should be. Kitchen was not clean, dirty smelly juice (?) under the vegetable drawer. The occupants must clean the kitchen, but this clearly had not been checked properly. - Lock on the door to the ski room has been broken all week (and probably, all season?). - Lift was out of order for several days. - Soap box in the door of the dishwasher was broken. - Dishwasher had been replaced by a different model but they forgot to make sure the right instruction manual was in the appartement, so we still had the old manual which didn't match the actual dishwasher. - Bottle holder in the door of the fridge was broken (large crack in it) and was kept together by a piece of tape (attached by the previous occupant?). Some of these comments may seem minor, but we believe that the devil is in the details, and it is exactly those details that were not as they should be. Besides that, some of the (minor) issues are totally unnecessary and can be easily solved. We don't know if this means that the place starts to fall apart after 7 years? Or is it lack of maintenance? Or just bad luck? One more issue has to do with the cleaning of the apartment. We stayed for three weeks, and paid for three full weeks, including intermediate cleaning. We did not get any discount suggesting that the intermediate cleaning would be less than a full cleaning. However, we found that the intermediate cleaning was not a full proper cleaning: only the sheets and towels were replaced. Bathroom, toilet, apartment floor were only cleaned after we specifically asked for it. Timing of the (intermediate) cleaning was also an issue. We asked the reception at what time the cleaners would normally come to clean the apartment, so we could take this into account when making our plans for the day. But they showed up either to early or too late. We fully understand that it is not possible to give an exact time for when the apartment is being cleaned, but a certain bandwidth would be much appreciated. Please also take into account that not everybody leaves the apartment after one week; some people stay for more than one week. I realize that I may sound like a whiner, with all these remarks, but as I said above: the devil is in the details. I realize that you can't check every single thing, you have to be informed about certain issues by the occupants. Therefore we mentioned not only the big issues, but also the smaller ones to the reception. Hoping that they will see to it that the issues will be fixed.
