I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service provided. The customer support is frustrating, requiring us to reach out repeatedly, and we were placed on hold for 20 minutes each time. Communication regarding the car rental was lacking; they paid for two weeks, yet the vehicle was never assessed. The representatives failed to respond to the rental agents, resulting in unauthorized deductions from our account. After returning the car, we received no refund even after a week. Upon contacting the service again, we found out they had extended the rental without informing us, and no apologies were given. I cannot recommend this service.
