It is with significant disappointment that I document my experience with this company. The level of service provided falls substantially below what any reasonable consumer would expect from an insurance provider operating in today’s regulatory environment.

Throughout my dealings with this organization, I encountered repeated inconsistencies in communication, unfulfilled assurances, prolonged delays, and a noticeable absence of accountability. Representations made by various representatives were frequently contradictory and, in practice, unreliable. The cumulative effect was not merely inconvenience, but a material erosion of trust.

Insurance, by its very nature, is founded upon good faith, transparency, and timely performance. In my experience, those foundational principles were notably absent. The handling of my matter reflected a pattern of inefficiency and disregard for professional standards.

On the basis of my experience, I cannot recommend this company to any prospective policyholder. Consumers are well advised to exercise extreme caution and carefully consider alternative providers before committing their time or financial resources.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. The customer support is terrible, requiring us to reach out every time, and we were put on hold for 20 minutes each time. There was a lack of communication regarding the car rental; they paid for two weeks, but the vehicle hadn't even been assessed. The representatives did not respond to the rental agents, leading to funds being deducted from our account. After returning the car, we received no refund even after a week. When we contacted the service again, we discovered they had extended the rental without informing us. No apologies were offered. I cannot recommend this service.

A Year to Cancel a Policy

It took over a year to finally cancel a policy, and since then, unauthorized payments have still been deducted from my account! I’ve requested contact but have heard nothing. Disgraceful service.

Terrible Experience with Cancellation

Absolutely terrible experience. Canceled due to a business closure, yet other insurers managed to process cancellations while this one just kept taking payments. I advise looking elsewhere.

Serious Compliance Issues

The company claims to have policies in place for compliance and safety, yet for two years I pointed out issues that were ignored. They refused to accept liability and failed to provide mandatory permits and documents despite acknowledging defects in the work done. The site supervisor was unresponsive, and I received no handover or compliance documents. The company eventually refused to address the problems even after acknowledging responsibility. There should be a zero rating for endangering lives with non-compliant work.
