Extremely poor service from the company. Very dissatisfied customer. No communication, unprofessional behavior, and felt disregarded. I doubt the IT issues were responsible for the lack of payroll services. I should have been contacted; it shouldn't have been my responsibility to chase after the office, which had been closed for over a week. If the situation was as dire as described, the representative I spoke with should have been informed and able to advise me. There should have been a message on the out-of-office voicemail to ease concerns for those wondering about their payroll. Payroll services should be timely, regardless of the holiday or IT failures. My staff work hard and deserve to be paid on time. I'm appalled at the complete lack of care shown towards my business.
