The service we received was utterly disappointing, leading to the loss of our new home due to a serious lack of competence, urgency, and basic customer care. After five months of accepting the buyer’s offer, they were still raising inquiries. Throughout the process, they were often unreachable for extended periods, missed deadlines, and failed to advance our case. We lost two completion dates, were close to having our mortgage offer expire, and then they abruptly stopped representing us at a critical moment. The stress this caused was extreme and completely unwarranted. This has been one of the most frustrating professional experiences we have ever faced. I would strongly advise avoiding this service and any third parties they collaborate with, and I will not consider them for any future transactions.
