Five months after accepting the buyer’s offer, inquiries were still being raised. During the entire process, they were often uncontactable for long stretches, missed multiple deadlines, and failed to make any real progress. We lost two completion dates, came dangerously close to our mortgage offer expiring, and ultimately, they abruptly withdrew from representing us when we were nearing the final stage. The stress and frustration this caused were extreme and entirely unnecessary. This has been one of the most trying and stressful professional experiences we've encountered. I would strongly recommend steering clear of this service and any third parties they may work with, and I will not engage in any future transactions involving them.

The most troubling issue was having to identify a significant problem with the buildings insurance ourselves—specifically, that subsidence wasn’t covered. This was not mentioned in their report and only became a point of discussion after we raised it. Throughout the process, we encountered ongoing communication issues: unclear advice, delays, and responses that felt unhelpful. We had to chase for essential documents and clarity on key points that should have been proactively communicated. Some emails we received were unnecessarily curt, adding to our anxiety. The handling of our complaint was also poor, taking nearly 10 weeks for a final response that didn’t fully reflect what happened. Overall, this experience caused a lot of unnecessary worry when we needed reassurance and competence. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this service for conveyancing.

My appointed conveyancer abandoned the work three months after instruction, as she refused to arrange a phone call for over two months despite my requests for clarifications on delays and negligence in reviewing materials. I am appalled by the lack of accountability and the unavailability for a phone call. Her assistant was also extremely rude. The intermediary service did not respond or find me an alternative conveyancer. This should not be allowed to operate if it leaves clients in the lurch. A significant waste of time and energy.
