Good service, decent products. Massive range and the place to look if you cant find a little doodad or fiddly broken bit off your chainsaw.
I had a really slow delivery (most likely Aust Post fault) and they helped me send it around the country until it finally made it to me.
If they had half stars, it'd be a 4.5/5

Jono & Johno product are very good and…

Jono & Johno product are very good and expertly satisfying my expectations in the past and my most recent purchase. The most recent delivery being handled by Star Track, it travelled to Perth, their employees failed to effectively communicate with me, made excuses, directed blame to anyone and eventually delivered the item without receiving signature outside the stated address. This is the only negative, could lead to me look at other suppliers.
