Placed the order Friday tea time, went to the branch Saturday morning to collect. No order on the system. I had to pay for the goods again as I needed them. I had notification of my order on Monday. Clearly this is no click and collect which we are now used to.
My favourite trade counter! Had a slightly complicated list of plumbing nonsense that I needed. Received all the help I needed from the Porthmadog depot plus some good practical advice re. fitting and finishing. Very grateful. Good job boys! Thank you.
Ordered 5ltr tub of Ronseal Fencelife paint online from Huws Gray for a very competitive price. Ordered it for collection from my nearest store. I received a phone call in advance to let me know it was ready for collection. Collected later from store, staff were very friendly and helpful.Very pleasant experience will visit again soon.
