The delivery arrived with both boxes in unacceptable condition: one was open and missing its lid (reportedly lost in transit), and the other was poorly sealed with tape. Upon examining the shuttlecocks, I was appalled to discover that nearly all were visibly defective. The whole experience felt like receiving a box of intentionally discarded, low-quality items. This isn’t just a lack of quality control; it feels like a deliberate scam. Consequently, I will not be investing further or purchasing their products again.
