I invested indirectly in this company but recently ordered two boxes of shuttlecocks as a regular buyer. The delivery arrived with both boxes in unacceptable condition: one was open and missing its lid (reportedly lost during transit), while the other was poorly sealed with tape. Upon inspecting the shuttlecocks, I was appalled to find that nearly every one was visibly defective. The whole experience felt like receiving a box of intentionally discarded, low-quality items. This is not just a failure in quality control; it feels like a deliberate scam. Consequently, I will not be investing further or purchasing their products again.

I ordered half a kilogram of Rui fish from a service. However, when I received the fish, my family confirmed that it was not Rui but Mirka fish. Additionally, the price was more than double compared to the local market. On the positive side, if you absolutely cannot or do not want to visit the market yourself, and paying such a high price doesn’t bother you while you have plenty of time, then shopping from this service might be an option once in a while. Do NOT order if you dislike wasting money or if you're short on time.
Disappointing little company. 1) They don’t provide a shopping bag with your products, so I bought my own, and they used it to deliver 'fish' to another customer, leaving my product smelling of fish. 2) They sold me coffee that was supposed to be free with every purchase of 12. 3) I ordered one item with a shipping bag. They ran out of the item and sent me just the shipping bag, charging me for delivery. According to their support team, the 'shipping bag' is considered an optional 'add-on,' so they sent me ONLY the shipping bag. When I requested a refund, the company said, 'We will send someone to collect that 9 BDT bag, and then we will refund you.'
Terrible service provided. They do not deliver products on time, misleading customers about product availability. For two consecutive orders, they harassed me with their medication through another service. They initially claimed their products were available, but later rescheduled, saying the items were unavailable. Just disgusting.
The customer care service from this platform is subpar, dishonest, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. The representatives on live chat and phone calls do not care about customer expectations. They never communicate any updates with either the delivery team or their higher authorities. They seem to think they know everything. Their lack of experience suggests they got their jobs through connections. If the owner or management wants to keep their business running, they must take action, as many customers will likely switch to other online shopping options. Even the delivery person took my purchased bag and claimed they had no record of it. What a miserly online business!
Absolutely dreadful service. I didn’t even place an order; I was just browsing the site. They started calling my relatives regarding payment verification. My relatives had no idea why the platform was calling and began getting annoyed. Then they started delivering items in increments and asked for payment from them! They kept calling throughout the day. Stay away from this site. Scammers.
