They never communicate any updates with either the delivery team or their higher authorities. They seem to think they know everything. Their lack of experience suggests they got their jobs through connections. If the owner or management wants to keep their business running, they must take action, as many customers will likely switch to other online shopping options. Even the delivery person took my purchased bag and claimed they had no record of it. What a miserly online business!
