The delivery arrived with both boxes in unacceptable condition: one was open and missing its lid (reportedly lost during transit), while the other was poorly sealed with tape. Upon inspecting the shuttlecocks, I was appalled to find that nearly every one was visibly defective. The whole experience felt like receiving a box of intentionally discarded, low-quality items. This is not just a failure in quality control; it feels like a deliberate scam. Consequently, I will not be investing further or purchasing their products again.
