Steer clear of this company. I wish I had heeded the warnings from others before placing my order. I bought a 'starter pack' and received an email promising a tracking number in a few days. A week went by with no updates, so I reached out to them. Their response was another email claiming it had shipped, yet still no tracking number. Another week passed, and I grew frustrated as their 'arrives in a few days' claim was completely misleading. After yet another week, I got an email stating that shipping to my country isn't currently allowed, which I find hard to believe since I've successfully ordered from abroad before. They said I would be refunded, but after another week and a half of waiting, I had to contact them again. Only three days later did I finally get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and order from other platforms instead.
