I strongly recommend not purchasing from this seller. Please heed the warnings from others and think carefully before making the same mistake; I regret not checking reviews beforehand. I ordered a 'starter pack' and received an email stating a tracking number would be provided soon. After a week with no updates, I inquired and was told it had shipped, but still no tracking number. Another week went by with no updates, and I was frustrated as their claim of 'arrives in a few days' was clearly false. After another week, I received an email stating that shipping to my country is not allowed, which I doubt because I’ve ordered from abroad before. They promised a refund, but it took another week and a half of following up before I finally received my money back. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and order from other platforms instead.

After checking reviews, I realized they likely wouldn’t send anything and left negative feedback. I requested a refund and finally received a response with insults and a promise of a refund. Eventually, I did get my refund. If you're lucky and patient, you might receive your order eventually, but they clearly don’t value their customers' time.
