Ordered the 20th of May and it was to be sent the 10th of July. Once it hits the 10th it is supposedly shipped but no tracking provided and no answer. Took it to PayPal as it was to be 5 days delivery but no package on the 21st with no answer from the company still. On the 24th PayPal says they have now provided them with tracking and the tracking says they sent the package the 24th. Edit: I was contacted by the company and they offered full refund of the product, awaiting that through PayPal. They were understanding after we spoke for a bit.
