I got the wrong item and have received no updates about a replacement, shipping notifications, or any communication. My order is still pending, and I have no idea if it has been dispatched. The only message I received indicated a potential replacement if available, but there has been no follow-up. They were quick to ask for the return of the item, which is worth much more than I paid, but it was of no use to me since it wasn't what I wanted. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience.
