Review Time
I had a very unpleasant experience with this shop via Amazon.com. I ordered a vinyl from them, and it was supposed to be delivered within a week, but I had to wait almost three. The store was completely unhelpful in solving the problem, and my Sinterklaas gift (a Dutch holiday) was lost. I had to quickly look for something else.
I reached out to them through Amazon, but they kept telling me to wait. I left a review on Amazon, but they were very quick to protect the seller from negative feedback, marking my review as “not a store issue.” After two additional weeks, Amazon finally helped me get my refund. The store later messaged me saying they hadn’t given me the correct tracking number. Eventually, after 3 weeks, the parcel arrived.
I’m an honest person, so now I will cycle 10 km to waste my own time and energy returning the parcel to a store where customers seem to mean nothing. Be warned and save your time and energy by avoiding these cheap sellers. There are plenty of other shops that truly care about providing good customer service.

The only message I received indicated a potential replacement if available, but there has been no follow-up. They were quick to ask for the return of the item, which is worth much more than I paid, but it was of no use to me since it wasn't what I wanted. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience.
