I was lured in to buying from this small company in early November by the Kylie Disco CD with Signed Print they had for sale, i thought it would make a great Christmas present, the signed print being the buying point. Nothing arrived within 10 days. Firstly I was told by Chalkys customer service email (2 days response delay) that it had been returned by royal mail due to the address i provided is undeliverable. When i proved my address is correct, i was then told Chalkys had a software problem downloading my address and that it was never posted, meaning i was lied to in Chalkys first response. I was asked to re-order the CD & signed print. Guess what, their website now said sold out. Yet more of my time wasted emailing, I was told to buy the standard CD and they'll send the print out to me separately. CD arrived a week later, but no print. Despite my repeat chasing & responses that the print had been posted, it never arrived. So all lies. Unreliable company leaving customers out of pocket and out of time !! **second edit** I contacted the manager since i posted my above review and they have now sent out the print which i have now received. However i will not be using Chalkys again due to the repeat troubles i experienced and due to the other reviews.
