This company cannot be trusted to deliver items they ‘sell’. Item ordered 8th December, apparently not dispatched until “16 - 19th December” (not sure what the three day window means?) and expected “19th December” (same day as dispatch??) all very strange. Called telephone number six times, left three messages, sent two emails, sent three messages via the (useless) Amazon ‘contact seller’ service. Absolutely no response. Item did not arrive On 19th or before Christmas. Rang again on 29th December- still nobody picks up the phone. Eventually an email arrived mid morning to state “I have looked into this and can see that your order has been refunded.” I checked my bank account to find a refund had been made on 22nd December. So they just cancelled my order! Yes, I received a refund, but with no communication whatsoever. This was a meant to be a present and I am bitterly disappointed with this joke of a company. I would have thought in the present climate a firm would want to encourage customers not completely blank them. Letdowns! Unfortunately, I can’t give a zero star rating.
