I ordered glasses as a Christmas gift for my wife, and now it's December 15th with no tracking or shipping details provided. Initially, I was told the order would arrive in 2 to 5 days, but a follow-up email suggested it might take 5 to 7 days. Now, 13 days have passed, and I've received no updates. The website indicates 125 items are available, yet mine hasn’t shipped or received any shipping information. I've called 15 times today with no response and emailed twice with no reply. There are no other options for assistance listed. They need to significantly enhance their customer service.
