I've been attempting to reach out to the company since December 2nd without any success. I ordered glasses as a Christmas gift for my wife, and now it's December 15th with no tracking or shipping details provided. Initially, I was told the order would arrive in 2 to 5 days, but a follow-up email suggested it might take 5 to 7 days. Now, 13 days have passed, and I've received no updates. The website indicates 125 items are available, yet mine hasn’t shipped or received any shipping information. I've called 15 times today with no response and emailed twice with no reply. There are no other options for assistance listed. They need to significantly enhance their customer service.
I’ve had two orders with this company, and both were incredibly frustrating. The products themselves aren't the issue, but the customer service and overall ordering process are quite poor. My first order was about a year ago. I pre-ordered the Prime glasses, thinking—like anyone would—that the company had a certain number of units ready for early customers. Instead, it became obvious they were using the pre-order funds to begin production. I received excuse after excuse: “We don’t have the product yet,” “Manufacturing is delayed,” “We didn’t make enough,” and so on. It took nearly 1.5 to 2 months for my order to arrive. They attempted to make amends with a small refund and a free gift, which I appreciated, but the overall experience was disappointing. Fast forward to this year. When the Infinity glasses were released, I thought they would have resolved these issues. I was wrong—same problems repeated. I pre-ordered again, only to be informed that they hadn’t made enough and had already sold out of the pre-order… yet they continued to sell it. The same excuses, the same delays. In short: don’t expect a genuine pre-order experience or timely delivery from this company. It seems they prioritize collecting funds before starting production, then scramble to explain their shipping failures. If you’re looking for similar products, consider shopping elsewhere. This company clearly struggles with their processes.
I ordered the Chamelo Shield directly from chamelo.com at the end of September.The glasses arrived defective — the tinting function doesn’t work and they won’t charge (the red LED lights up briefly and turns off).I immediately contacted support and filled out the warranty claim form, but I haven’t received any response or solution for over a week.Very disappointing for a product at this price. Still waiting for a replacement or refund.
Works great when it works. However, the first pair I received of the Chamelo Shields didn't work at all and could not be charged. Chamelo sent me a new pair that worked great for a few weeks. Then they just stopped working. I tried sending a message to customer support but it seems I have been ghosted... Would have been a really good product if it had better quality!
