I placed an order but accidently put wrong address asked a few times to cancel which they did not get back to me and the only way u can contact them is by email. This is a really bad company with no customer service they are theives please do not buy from this company.

My friend placed me an order with this company, so this is a third party experience but it is a VERY bad one. She ordered me my sweets around the middle of December. When I finally came to open them a few days before Christmas, I eagerly opened the Bounty Crispy Rolls, but when I bit into them they were not crispy at all - and upon looking at the box I found out why - "Best Before 10 11 2025". "Only a few weeks out though, eh! Hardly the point, is it!! And due to the type of sweet this is they degrade faster than others. Inside my box, amongst the environmentally unfriendly polystyrene curls (of which there weren't even a sufficient amount to protect anything inside the box ANYway) was a little blue leaflet that says "Thank you so much for supporting our small business! Please leave a review". Entirely happy to do this chaps - although I would suggest selling people out of date sweets is going to mean you remain a small business for a very long time!
I thought these companies legit i payed 26.95 for a pickle kit they gave me the cheaper one worth 9.95 they wont answer emails so dnt bother thinking u will get any refund also the wax candy lobster was disgusting with flavours mixed together tasted disgusting
Placed order on 5th Nov for a pickle kit. I was sent the wrong order. The kit came with missing items. I then proceeded to email the company to rectify this and didnt get a reply for a few days. I was then promised a new kit on the 9th of November. Never heard back until I followed it up today and now theyre trying to say they apologise for the "unclear communication " but they will only send out missing items or if I place ANOTHER order they can add missing items? Why would I want to place an another order when you wont rectify this order? Customer service is shoddy taking days to reply. Pickle kits are over priced and they dont do anything to rectify issues with orders (check others feedback) please dont waste your time or money.Update. After 2 WHOLE WEEKS they decided to refund me for their abysmal mess up... but only partially refunded.Scam company!
I placed an order on 13 September 2025, paid for 24 hour delivery and STILL haven’t received my order. I have emailed them upwards of 5 times, dm’d on Instagram & also on TikTok. No response on any platform. AVOID.
Placed an order on Sunday and have followed up with 2 emails.No items have been dispatched, no response to my mails.Scam or just useless service ??Update - items received. Simply very poor service. Still no response to any of my mails. Paid for 24HR mail, waiting 5 days is not acceptable.
