Non-existent customer service - placed a large order just before Christmas. When going through the package, I noticed 4 products were missing, while we gained an extra one we didn't order (and wanted to return). I emailed customer services, listing the missing and extra items and asking for this to be resolved. As not to muddle the process, I didn't start an official return for a couple of things I also wanted to send back. Not having heard from the CS, I turned to their return portal, only to not be allowed to start the return, even though I was well within the 14-day return period. Emailed CS again with this issue, no reply. The Chatbot also doesn't work, as others experienced. This was not our 1st time ordering from Champion and we didn't have a bad experience previously. Ironically, when we ordered for the 1st time (about a year ago), there was very little CS related web information, and the return process was a bit clanky. Now, it seems the company cares very much about their customers' experience but only 'on the paper' with no actual action. Sad..
