Review Time
Sent the wrong size item but they refuse to do exchanges. So due to a mistake I didn't make I had to return my items. Then wait for my refund. Then I had to make another order and pay again for delivery. I decided to just return the item and source another from a different clothing store.
So I ordered some clothes on the 2nd of January, I check the shipping link (the shipper was DHL by the way) every couple of days or so, and then my package, as the website was saying, was driving from Germany to Poland, but never got registered to have arrived in Poland. That was January 8th, like a week later, after it was still stuck, I reached out to DHL, they said, that It might be traffic or maybe customs, a few days later after nothing moving, I wrote again to DHL, now they said, that they don’t even have my package, that felt weird, but DHL asked me to reach out to the seller for more info, so on January 22 I wrote to Champion.eu’s email support, I kindly said, that that was my problem, DHL told me to reach out and I said, that I’d love to know what’s going on. Then, without any response, I wrote again on January 24th, but now I said, that I’d like to know if my package is coming, and if not, am I getting a refund, if my email is not replied to by the 26th, I’ll reach out to EU consumer protection channels. They replied- but only on the 29th, they promised a refund, on February 2 it came through, so I got my refund, but with how slow responses take, I risked almost 400 euros, I wouldn’t do that if I were you.

I had always liked Champion products. Have not purchased many recently. But, because i am into ball support underwear - I purchased some of their boxer briefs total pouch support. They are tight and hold things in place. I use them only for working out at the gym. For everyday wear, I go with Shinesty or Me Undies. These are really restrictive. They are cotton, wash well, and are good for gym.
Non-existent customer service - placed a large order just before Christmas. When going through the package, I noticed 4 products were missing, while we gained an extra one we didn't order (and wanted to return). I emailed customer services, listing the missing and extra items and asking for this to be resolved. As not to muddle the process, I didn't start an official return for a couple of things I also wanted to send back. Not having heard from the CS, I turned to their return portal, only to not be allowed to start the return, even though I was well within the 14-day return period. Emailed CS again with this issue, no reply. The Chatbot also doesn't work, as others experienced. This was not our 1st time ordering from Champion and we didn't have a bad experience previously. Ironically, when we ordered for the 1st time (about a year ago), there was very little CS related web information, and the return process was a bit clanky. Now, it seems the company cares very much about their customers' experience but only 'on the paper' with no actual action. Sad..
This company is an ultimative scam, products are not getting shipped and money is not getting refunded. They will leave you on read and hope that you will just give up so they can keep the money and the purchased products. This company is probably commiting fraud and their customer service is horrific
I am extremely disappointed with Champion customer service. According to their own return policy, orders placed between 17 November and 23 December qualify for an extended 45-day return period. My order falls within this timeframe, yet their return portal does not accept my return. I have sent email after email to customer service and have received no response whatsoever. There has been zero effort to resolve this issue or even acknowledge my messages.The automated online chat is a waste of time.... they take your name, email - then no one comes back to you! Tried it numerous times in case it was a technical glitch, but still the same - no response at all.Even tried FB message as not getting anywhere on any of their 'contact us' platforms.Customer service is VERY VERY poor and the lack of communication is totally disgusting. I am still waiting to hear back from them after 2 weeks of messaging them.I don't usually write reviews, but was so disgusted with Champion, I felt I had to.I'm sharing my review, so other customers are aware of the issues you may face if you need to make a return.I have items that need refunding due to their colours online being nothing like the item in person. But currently out of pocket!!Worst service I have ever used. Would not recommend!!!
