I am extremely disappointed with Champion customer service. According to their own return policy, orders placed between 17 November and 23 December qualify for an extended 45-day return period. My order falls within this timeframe, yet their return portal does not accept my return. I have sent email after email to customer service and have received no response whatsoever. There has been zero effort to resolve this issue or even acknowledge my messages.The automated online chat is a waste of time.... they take your name, email - then no one comes back to you! Tried it numerous times in case it was a technical glitch, but still the same - no response at all.Even tried FB message as not getting anywhere on any of their 'contact us' platforms.Customer service is VERY VERY poor and the lack of communication is totally disgusting. I am still waiting to hear back from them after 2 weeks of messaging them.I don't usually write reviews, but was so disgusted with Champion, I felt I had to.I'm sharing my review, so other customers are aware of the issues you may face if you need to make a return.I have items that need refunding due to their colours online being nothing like the item in person. But currently out of pocket!!Worst service I have ever used. Would not recommend!!!
