I am extremely disappointed with Champion's customer service. According to their own return policy, orders placed between 17 November and 23 December qualify for an extended 45-day return period. My order falls within this timeframe, yet their return portal does not accept my return. I have sent email to customer service and have received no response whatsoever. There has been zero effort to resolve this issue or even acknowledge my messages. Customer service is VERY poor and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I'm sharing this so other customers are aware of the issues you may face if you need to make a return.
