I have enjoyed Champion athletic wear for a very long time. The quality is now subpar and contacting customer service was a nightmare. #1: The 800 # is not working, it stays in a continuous loop. #2: No one replied to an email about a return. In fact, there was no information available to begin processing a return. #3: Since it was a month from the purchase date and I was unable to contact anyone, I had to stop payment with my bank. The next day I had responses on how to start the return process. The entire time from purchase to refund was well over 40 days of disappointment and frustration. I did email them about the experience, either it wasn't a working email or they didn't care to respond. I have received 3 rate your purchase emails though!!
