I ordered 2 pairs online store of the old fashioned reliable sweatpants as i have worn forever. These new pairs shrank in the first washing, no dryer. i tried to stretch and wear to get back to normal but to no avail. My wife recently insisted i contact them because they would stand behind product. I received a standard response to send pictures (its not torn just reduced in size from a large to a small waist and large legs. Very funny looking.) after pictures the NEW management will decide. i told them to either send me a label to return and they can evaluate or loose my info. 50 year customer lost. And someone bought this company? Addendum: Now Customer service indicated that they are sending my issue to the former owners to see IF they will stand behind the product. Question: Why wont new owner warranty the company they bought?
