So I ordered some clothes on the 2nd of January, I check the shipping link (the shipper was DHL by the way) every couple of days or so, and then my package, as the website was saying, was driving from Germany to Poland, but never got registered to have arrived in Poland. That was January 8th, like a week later, after it was still stuck, I reached out to DHL, they said, that It might be traffic or maybe customs, a few days later after nothing moving, I wrote again to DHL, now they said, that they don’t even have my package, that felt weird, but DHL asked me to reach out to the seller for more info, so on January 22 I wrote to Champion.eu’s email support, I kindly said, that that was my problem, DHL told me to reach out and I said, that I’d love to know what’s going on. Then, without any response, I wrote again on January 24th, but now I said, that I’d like to know if my package is coming, and if not, am I getting a refund, if my email is not replied to by the 26th, I’ll reach out to EU consumer protection channels. They replied- but only on the 29th, they promised a refund, on February 2 it came through, so I got my refund, but with how slow responses take, I risked almost 400 euros, I wouldn’t do that if I were you.
