I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent window replacement project I had contracted with Champion Windows. I believe there has been a significant miscommunication and failure to fulfill the terms of our agreement.On May 7, I met with a representative from your company who informed me about the attractive promotion of "buy two get two window replacements free." Excited about this offer, I decided to replace three windows in my son's room and one window in my daughter's room. Additionally, I planned to gradually replace the remaining windows in my home over the course of the next year.During the initial meeting, the sales representative contacted their leader to confirm that the offer would extend to the fourth window as well. A few weeks later, another representative came to my home to measure all four windows. However, several weeks ago, when I contacted the sales rep for an update on the installation, I was informed that they no longer worked for Champion and was directed to contact the customer service department.Upon reaching out to the customer service department, I expressed my concerns about not receiving any information regarding the installation date. Fortunately, I was informed that the installation had been rescheduled to July 8. However, due to my unavailability on that day, we rescheduled the installation for July 15.To my utter shock, the installers informed me that my contract only covered three replacement windows, despite the verbal confirmation from the previous sales representative that the fourth window would be included in the offer. Although Champion's leadership attempted to resolve the matter by offering an additional window, I was unable to accept it as my current windows all have panes, and I feared violating the regulations set by my homeowner’s association (HOA).This entire experience has left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. Furthermore, when an Engineer spent a considerable amount of time inspecting my remaining windows on the date of install, they presented me with figures that could potentially fit within my budget, especially for windows requiring immediate attention. However, despite requesting a detailed estimate for all three offers, I have yet to receive any communication or estimates as promised.I find it disheartening that this lack of follow-through and misrepresentation has occurred with multiple representatives from your company. As a result, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the Executive Office in hopes of finding a resolution and bringing this issue to your attention.I kindly request that the fourth window, which was promised to be included in the promotion, be replaced with panes as initially agreed upon. It is evident that I would not have invested such a substantial amount of money on just three windows had I known that the promotion was buy two get two free.I sincerely hope that you can understand the frustration and disappointment I am experiencing due to this situation. As a valued customer, I believe that prompt and efficient resolution of this matter is crucial.
