Initially, we were pleased with the communication when it came to scheduling the window installation and the days leading up to the actual installation day. The installers were in and out in a few hours, which was nice. When my wife and I got home from work on the day of installation, we noticed quite a few chips in the trim work as well as scuffs on our walls. We were not expecting to see this so we reached out to our project manager to ask him about the chips and scuffs. Unfortunately, I tried to call him at least 5 times and never got a hold of him. He tried to call me back the first day after the project but never returned my phone call over the course of a week after installation. This is after I tried to reach out to hime so many times during that week. Additionally, I tried to text him pictures from the project, but he only tried to call me the day after the project and kept responding to my texts that he would give me a call later in the afternoon. I still haven't heard back from him at all over the course of the past few days. I am finally writing this after >1 week after installation due to the project manager still not connecting with me to discuss the issues.
