Matt, the sales rep, was helpful, honest, and easy to work with. He took my needs into consideration and made great suggestions, some of which saved me money. Steve and the Installion crew were fabulous. They took pride in their work and cleaned up beautifully. Tornado warnings and severe winds and thunderstorms occurred 2 days after installation. The new windows stayed air tight and leak free. I gave a 4 rating instead of a 5 because the lack of coordination between my local team and the corporate headquarters resulted in differing messages about when installation would occur and other logistics. My local team was accurate and my resource for reliable information.
