Windows are ok, but getting replacements is a nightmare. We had a day one breakage (broke on arrival) took two trips to get right. That's over four months of waiting.The siding they damaged? Still waiting.After I got tired of waiting, I sent their corporate office a letter with items to file suit if the issue wasn't resolved in due time.I CONVENIENLY got a call the very next morning stating my windows had arrived and ready for replacement.For the cost of the product, look anywhere but Champion. They only care about not getting sued apparently, and apparently not enough because my siding is still damaged.
