I am not giving the widows a 1 star, but the customer service. If I could give the scheduler Chris L. a score of -0, I would. I spent $5,000+ on windows. First install date went fine other than my large living room window was damaged and couldn't be installed...that's understandable. The problem started with the 2nd install. Phone calls weren't returned by scheduler Chris L. I had to move and replace furniture TWICE due to his incompetence and dishonesty.on 3/6 I was scheduled for 3/18. I called the installer to get arrival time, He said I wasn't on schedule. I Called Chris, I was told he was 15 minutes from his office and he'd call me right back, HE DIDN'T, after many unanswered calls. On 3/19 I was told by Chris L my window WAS there on 18th and he misspoke. I was rescheduled for 3/28. I spoke to his supervisor and was told my window had JUST arrived...i told him my issues with chris and was later given another date of 3/21.Also When I called and asked for a supervisor with a complaint on the scheduler, Angie put Chris on the phone. This was unprofessional to do this .....TRAIN YOUR STAFF CHAMPAIGN WINDOWS....Finally got my window installed on 3/21.I give Michael Lewis an A+ he was extremely professional and helpful. Allen, the installer was nice and professional also.
