I reviewed this company based on my experience back in March 2024. I won't go over the details, but after much effort, the company agreed to and finally refunded 1/2 of my 30 % deposit for a project that I determined was not cost effective. I am sure they make quality products, however, they do cost considerably more than Window World of the Upstate (of SC) so before signing any contract with Champion, I would recommend that you have Window World give you an estimate. They also have a lifetime warranty on all of their products and I had them install windows in 7 openings for less than the cost of only 3 openings from the quote by Champion. The amount of energy transfer between the two company's products could not justify the extra expense.
