The initial process of talking to a sales person went very well. He was a bit early for our appointment, so he asked if he could look around the exterior of the house to see what it was we were interested in doing. I gave him a quick overview and then didn't speak to him for another hour when we had the scheduled appointment. When we met, he already had a drawing put together of what he understood we wanted to do with our existing prefab sunroom and what we wanted the new room to be, and he nailed it. In only a few minutes, he saw what we had and understood what we wanted the end result to be. Champions pricing was affordable and the product seemed 1st rate. Once the builders came out, they tore down the existing structure and built a new 4 season room. The room turned out great and we now truly have a year round sunroom.
