The worst experience ever! I will not do business with Champion ever again and I will not recommend them to anyone. The communication was horrible. No one checked in regularly to provide updates or offer assistance. The contractors they hired often showed up with no prior notice and did not communicate with us when there were delays. Todd L., the installation supervisor, was not helpful throughout this process and lacks basic customer service skills. John S., the salesman was only eager to make a sale and did a poor job following-up after our contract was signed. However, Josh, the installer, was extremely professional and addressed any concerns we had. This was an extremely stressful process; one we are glad is finally complete. I would recommend the following to Champion:Check in with the customer regularly to provide status updates, delays and address any questions or concerns.Respond to emails in a timely manner.Communicate effectively.Provide a 3D visual of the final project.Ensure your customers feel valued.
