Ordered our door Nov. 1, 2022 and finally got the door installed July 7, 2023 We called so many times without a call back finally someone called us back and he was the manager from Washington state and we live in Colorado he said wrong person to speak with about our doors! It has been a nightmare to get somone to finish the doors install!! The sales person lied about the everything down to the no interest loan which we are paying interest! I really am so upset about how Champion does business bad very, very bad! I will never do business with Champion again ever! We also needed 10 windows however it will not be with Champion, they lost that sale! DO NOT BUY FROM CHAMPION WINDOWS AND DOORS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE ALL AROUND THEY SAY ONE THING AND NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH!!
