The product and the installers earn 5 out of 5! They are amazing. The prices earn a 3 out of 5. I say this because Champion offers 50% off windows at certain times and in certain situations which tells me that they are overpriced most of the time. The billing earns a 1 out of 5. When you are billed by Champion and need to pay the second installment, their payment site does not tell you what your total was, what you have paid, what you need to pay for the current installment, or how much you will owe once the windows/doors are installed. I had two orders going on at once and did not know this information for either order. I had to call their billing department to make payments for all of my orders. The billing is the biggest nightmare I have encountered for any company. I still have more windows to replace and I plan to look at other companies just because the billing is such a hassle.
