Do not deal with Champion Windows! Continue to have horrible experiences! It took 2 1/2 weeks this time to try to get a sliding glass door handle replacement which has broke 3 times. Customer service didn't return calls or texts. They now want to charge for a lifetime guarantee part to be installed because they changed the part. They are expensive and their product is cheap (on the 3rd door handle).
