It is the most annoying and grammar/communications challenged company I have ever dealt with. I received random texts with no person or company name, just telling me I need to call them; emails with no greeting or ending and once I finally found the person to make an appointment (really awful voice mail system) I received at least a dozen reminders of the appointment. And when we did sign a contract (all due to the amazing young man who was very informative and not at all high-pitched sales.) we received endless texts and emails. The company may be solid but I was losing patience attempting to make an appointment and their truly awful communication. Extremely unprofessional.
